Mobile App Privacy Summary
- The Evnground iOS app currently uses account authentication and family coordination data to provide the service.
- The current mobile app stores authentication session data locally using secure device storage.
- Based on the current mobile app code and configuration, Evnground does not currently request camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, precise location, or push notification permissions.
- This privacy notice is the canonical public privacy policy for Evnground web and mobile services, including the App Store listing.
Who We Are
Evnground is operated by YNG CREATIVE LTD, company number 12132039. For the purposes of UK data protection law, YNG CREATIVE LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
Registered office: 93 Oakington Manor Drive, Wembley, United Kingdom, HA9 6LX.

Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data directly from you, from your use of the service, and from system events needed to operate the product.
Account and authentication data
This includes your email address, password-based authentication details handled through our authentication provider, account identifiers, and account status information.
Profile data
This includes information you add to your profile such as full name, phone number, address, emergency contact details, and similar account profile details if you choose to provide them.
Family workspace data
This includes family membership records, parent or guardian labels, family invite codes, family names, and related shared workspace records.
Child information
This includes child names, dates of birth, notes, and other child-related planning information entered into the service by adult users.
Scheduling and coordination data
This includes schedules, schedule patterns, schedule blocks, holiday blocks, handovers, locations, change requests, request responses, and related notes or messages entered in the service.
Communications data
This includes in-app chat messages, support emails, onboarding emails, waitlist or interest signups, and service emails such as account, invitation, and reminder messages.
Technical and usage data
When you use our website or web app, we may collect limited technical and usage information such as IP address, browser data, page views, event data, diagnostics, and similar usage signals through our hosting and analytics providers. We describe web analytics separately from native mobile behavior below.
Calendar and security-related tokens
This includes items such as calendar feed tokens and security or session information used to keep your account and service features working securely.
How We Collect Information
We collect personal information in the following ways:
- directly from you when you create an account, complete onboarding, contact us, join the waitlist, or use Evnground features;
- from other adult users in your shared family workspace when they add shared planning information, participant labels, or child-related details;
- automatically from website and service usage, such as session, device, event, diagnostic, and security information needed to run the platform; and
- from service providers that help us authenticate users, host the service, deliver emails, and monitor website reliability.
Our Lawful Bases For Processing
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases depending on the activity:
- Performance of a contract, where we need to process your information to provide the Evnground service you request.
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the service, preventing abuse, improving reliability, supporting users, operating shared family workspaces, and understanding website usage in a privacy-conscious way.
- Consent, where we rely on it for a specific optional activity. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations, where we need to keep or disclose information to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, accounting obligations, or legal claims.
How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and sign-in sessions;
- set up and operate shared family workspaces;
- store and display schedules, handovers, change requests, and messages;
- send service, onboarding, invitation, password reset, and reminder emails;
- respond to support, privacy, and legal requests;
- protect the security, availability, and integrity of the service;
- monitor web performance, diagnose issues, and improve the website and product experience; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.
Website Analytics And Mobile App Behavior
Our website and web app may use analytics and performance tooling, including Vercel Analytics and OpenPanel, to understand website usage, improve reliability, and diagnose issues.
We distinguish this from the native mobile app. Based on the current mobile code and app configuration, the native iOS app does not currently request camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, precise location, or push notification permissions, and it stores authentication session data locally using secure device storage.
If mobile app permissions, tracking, or analytics practices change in a future release, we will update this policy and the relevant app privacy disclosures.
Sharing And Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- hosting, infrastructure, and website delivery providers;
- Supabase, which we use for authentication, database, and related backend services;
- Resend and related email-delivery tooling, which we use for operational emails;
- web analytics providers used on the website and web app, including Vercel Analytics and OpenPanel; and
- professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service.
Any third party that receives personal data on our behalf must protect it consistently with this privacy policy and applicable law.
Personal data you place into a shared family workspace is also visible to the other authorised members of that workspace as part of the service.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards.
Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain shared family records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity and security of the platform.
Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. For example, we may retain account records, support records, audit or security logs, and certain shared workspace records for a period after account closure where needed for legitimate business purposes, other users' continuing use of shared records, or legal obligations.
Account Deletion And Data Requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy support by emailing evnground-support@yngcreative.co.
If you delete your account, we will work to delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account where appropriate. However, we may retain some records where necessary for shared family workspace continuity, service integrity, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or the rights of other users.
This means account deletion should not be understood as a promise that every shared family record, operational log, or legally required record will be immediately removed in all circumstances.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your personal data in appropriate circumstances;
- request restriction of processing in appropriate circumstances;
- object to certain processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- request portability of data where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on consent, without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
The rights available to you can depend on the reason we process your data. If you want to exercise a privacy right, contact evnground-support@yngcreative.co.
Complaints
If you are in the UK and believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you can contact us first at evnground-support@yngcreative.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). More information is available at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. These measures include authentication controls, access restrictions, and service-provider security features.
No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Data
Evnground is intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children opening accounts for themselves. We may process information about children where that information is entered by an adult user as part of a shared family workspace.
If you believe that personal data about a child has been provided to us inappropriately, contact evnground-support@yngcreative.co.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, or operational changes. When we make updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page and publish the updated notice here.
