Delete your Evnground account

You can delete your account from Settings in the web or mobile app. This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, sessions, calendar token, authored messages, and queued email data.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Review the “Delete account” explanation and confirm you understand the result.
  3. Select “Delete account” and confirm the final prompt.

Shared family records

If you are the only identified adult, the family workspace is deleted. If another adult remains, shared schedule, handover, and request facts are retained without your account identity so their care plan still works. Your authored messages and request free text are removed.

Cannot access the app?

Email evnground-support@yngcreative.co from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
